BUNDLE MACHINE AUTOMATIC AGGREGATION STATION
PLANT PROTECTION PRODUCTS TRACKING STATION
With this station, which aggregates for plant protection products in bottle form, it provides the aggregation of up to 120 bottles per minute by viewing the bottles at a 360 degree angle. There is a separating mechanism on the system to separate bottles from each other, and codes whose code quality is below a certain level according to ISO 15415 standard are automatically separated from the system with a piston. With this system, you can easily do bottle (cylinder or drum) aggregation.
All components we use in the design of the station are selected from materials resistant to corrosive chemicals used in the plant protection products industry. In addition, our system can be easily integrated with your robotic systems in your existing production lines.
For plant protection products, aggregation usually starts at the parcel level. However, with our CodeMag Management software, which focuses on traceability operations, aggregation can be easily performed at the level of bond, parcel, pallet and container. The application of SSCC to the parcels can be performed manually, print and apply or direct transfer management according to the requirements of the operation. The 1D / 2D codes on the package label are checked by a camera, and the faulty ones are automatically separated from the line.
ÜTS and OPEN BOX SQUADING STATION
It is the station preferred by companies that use a handling method. Our unfolded box square coding solution works with CodeMag Management software. It can serialize up to 160 unfolded boxes per minute. The station can also verify human-readable information with OCR / OCV technology. Thanks to this system, it creates practical solutions for companies included in the UTS system, especially following GS1 standards.
