CodeMag Management Drug Tracking System can print a data matrix in accordance with the EU-FMD, Russia and many other countries' drug traceability regulations. CodeMag Management Pharmaceutical tracking system prints a QR code at high speed with inkjet technology for each medicine box.
The DataMatrix Machine analyzes the datamatrix code printed on pharmaceutical boxes with an industrial high-speed camera and verifies it according to the ISO 15415 standard. As a result of this verification, it is determined whether the medicine box is correct or rejected. Rejected pill cans are removed from the line with an air piston or air pressure.
CodeMag İlaç Data Matrix Machine works with CodeMag Management software. It can make data matrix and security labels up to 400 boxes per minute. Its specially designed structure provides easy integration into high speed lines. This station also verifies readable information with OCR / OCV technology.

SOLUTION
Manufacturers will serialize Samples with a NUM prefix. (They will be able to use a different notification service to convert previously produced products to Sample.)
Depots take samples from ITS web services with PTS.
Samples with incoming order files are delivered to Drug Agents by reading the products. Service notifications are made.
The Pharmaceutical Representative completes the delivery of the samples taken on our CodeMag Android or IOS applications to the doctors and the notification to the ITS services. Data are kept in the Cloud system. With the integration, reports are produced and presented to companies.
